Alpinter Provides Urgent Relief Following Germany & Belgium Floods

Following intense rainfall throughout July 2021, eastern Belgium and western Germany are facing unprecedented flooding. More than 200 individuals lost their lives, and several thousand people remain displaced as the flood waters recede.

Several national and international organisations immediately stepped in to provide assistance to those affected. Alpinter partners Croix-Rouge de Belgique deployed blankets, while Deutsches Rotes Kreuz shipped hygiene kits, both rapidly dispatched from our warehouse in Renaix, Belgium to provide immediate assistance to those in need. We have also assisted the Belgian Red Cross with additional Canopy Rapid Setup Tents to deploy with their teams responding to the region.
