Alpinter HUB Tents Used as Mobile Sanitary Facilities

Recently, the US Marine Corps deployed Alpinter HUB multipurpose tents as mobile sanitary facilities in Georgia.

The Alpinter HUB range are multifunctional tents, developed in 2012 following UNICEF specifications. Although mainly used in emergency contexts for temporary schooling, storage rooms and working areas, they can equally be used as temporary or semi-permanent hospital or mobile sanitary facilities.

Available in 3 different dimensions (24 sqm, 48 sqm, 72 sqm), they are highly flexibile. Several add-ons like inner tents, winter kits, inner separations and hard flooring are available to adapt the tent to the specific needs of the situation or emergency.

HUB tents are Flame retardant (CPAI-84) and have a wind resistance of up to 100 km/h.
