COVID-19: Tents, Camp Beds and other Relief Supplies available from stock in Belgium

COVID-19 is having a major impact on our society and the organisation of our healthcare. More than ever, health and safety are a priority here in Belgium and across Europe.

Alpinter, together with our sister company Canopy, are Belgian-based designers and manufacturers of portable shelters and associated relief items. We have over 30 years of experience in supplying support materials in times of crisis, from disinfectable tents for mobile Ebola clinics in Africa to camp beds and blankets to support refugee camps in Europe.

We currenty have stocks in our Renaix warehouse available for rapid deployment. This includes Alpinter multipurpose tents in various sizes, as well as CANOPY rapid-setup folding tents, both of which may be used as external triage locations or as shelters to enable other interventions.

The HUB © tent is 100% synthetic (made from woven polyethylene 250 gr blackout), which is washable, disinfectable, fire retardant and UV resistant. These tents have been deployed by large international aid organisations, for example during the Ebola outbreaks in 2014 and 2019. Recently, BFAST have used similar tents as a medical quarantine zones during the current COVID-19 crisis.

In addition to tents, we also have large stocks of camp beds, sleeping bags and other emergency supplies.

Our team will remain available for requests and additional information in the coming weeks. While we continue to follow the recommendations of the health authorities closely, including those related to teleworking, we remain available to answer any enquiries you may have, and we are continuing to ship supplies from all warehouses (including Belgium).
