Our Focus on Quality 

Ensuring quality in every aspect of our product design, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution has always been one of our main pillars. We are therefore very pleased to announce that as of April 2019 we are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

With our R&D teams, we create products that are used by beneficiaries worldwide in some of the most challenging conditions.

We have always implemented strict quality control procedures to ensure the best possible performance of our products. Our in-house Quality Department and lab, with additional external lab testing and permanent field testing, all contributes to our commitment to create products that meet the required quality standards and offer relief, dignity, hope and comfort for the beneficiaries.

ISO 9001 is a quality management system. Our certification in this standard demonstrates and documents that we have quality assurance systems in place that meet our customers’, suppliers’, and our own requirements.
