WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR ALPINTER / WORLD OF TENTS RONSE

Alpinter, part of World of Tents group, has been active in the humanitarian sector for over 30 years, as a developer of tents and other Core Relief Items. We are currently looking for a warehouse supervisor for Alpinter / World of Tents.

Job description

Loading and unloading trucks using forklift truck. Exceptionally, the goods must also be unloaded manually.
Labelling and storing the goods.
Checking the goods on arrival and on departure.
Report any damage to goods to logistics.
Preparing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
A few times a year make inventory and ensure that everything goes according to the standards for audits.
Ensure a neat and safe working environment.
Optimize the available space in the warehouse.
When working with extra interim forces, take the lead here and distribute tasks.
Communicate and collaborate with logistics.
Maintenance of warehouse material.

In addition to the tasks as warehouse manager, you will also perform a number of other jobs, such as:

Be responsible for the maintenance and be first point of contact for technical interventions:
- In our warehouse and workshop (sectional gate, lift, machines used in our workshop, …)
- In our HQ (central heating system, goods lift, access and security systems, …)
Help set up a tent in the showroom or on the test site

Licenses required

Driver’s license B
Forklift driving license
