On the 8th of September 2023, an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 struck Morocco. The epicenter was situated approximately 80 kilometers to the southwest of Marrakesh. According to the World Health Organisation, more than 300.000 people have been affected by the crisis.

Global organizations stand ready to extend assistance wherever the need arises. In response to the recent earthquake, the Alpinter team has taken swift action, loading a truck with essential relief supplies from our Belgian warehouse. This shipment includes 200 Tents, 320 blankets, and 880 solar lamps, destined for Morocco on behalf of SOS Attitude and Schneider Electric. These critical aid items will provide much-needed support to the earthquake victims.
