HUB and XPERT Multipurpose Tent

The HUB© tent has frequently been deployed by large international aid organisations, for example during the Ebola outbreaks in 2014 and 2019. The HUB© tent is 100% synthetic (made from woven polyethylene 250 gr blackout), which is washable, disinfectable, fire retardant and UV resistant.

The recently developed XPERT© series is the new generation of high-performance multipurpose tents. The XPERT© is made of the same synthetic materials, but with vertical walls creating 20% more inner volume. The large openings ensure enhanced ventilation. With optional corridors and connectors, the tents can be consolidated into a larger integrated hospital structure.

In February, BFAST (the Belgian EMT Team) deployed XPERT tents as a medical quarantine zone for the first patients returning from the province of Wuhan during the current COVID-19 crisis.
