One such partner in International Medical Corps, who provide vital health care services to alleviate the suffering of those impacted by conflict, disaster and disease. On February 6th, CBS provided a glimpse into one of their operational field hospitals in Gaza, where American physicians are working less than a mile from the front lines.

The IMC Rafah Field Hospital attends to over 600 patients each day,  providing surgical and maternity care, as well as mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), protection, nutrition, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services.
