Alpinter coordinates immediate response to Ukraine crisis

Several NGOs and government organisations have sought to urgently respond with humanitarian aid to Ukraine, following widely reported military conflict across the country. It is estimated that 1.5 million Ukrainians are internally displaced, which will almost certainly increase if the conflict endures.

Alpinter has immediately mobilised relief aid items from our facilities in Belgium and Bulgaria, with items such as tents, hygiene parcels, field cots, sleeping bags and blankets already on their way to Ukraine and bordering countries. Our kitting facility in Bulgaria has ramped up production of hygiene kits in anticipation of urgent needs in the coming weeks.

 

When disaster strikes, either natural or man-made, immediate relief aid can quite literally be the difference between life and death for affected populations. By maintaining strategic stocks in key worldwide locations, Alpinter helps NGOs and government organisations provide the fastest possible responses. Our global warehousing and logistics network, just like our products, is engineered for the unexpected.
